Legal
Privacy Policy
This policy describes what data Belmont Growth (“we”) collects via the website and forms, how it is used and what rights the user has.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Belmont Growth. You can contact us at office@belmontgrowth.co.
2. What data we collect
Data you provide in forms: name, email, phone, messenger handle, as well as business information (website, metrics, channels, etc.) that you enter voluntarily.
Technical data: anonymised visit analytics (e.g. GA4) used to improve the site.
3. Purposes of processing
Preparing the free review or the paid audit, contacting you about your request, and improving the site.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent given when submitting a form, and on the performance of the service you order.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not pass your data to third parties for their own purposes. To carry out our work we engage processors (hosting, an email service, data analysis services) that act strictly on our instructions and are bound by contract. Disclosure is also possible in the cases required by law.
If you have allowed advertising cookies, your email address is passed to Meta and Google in encrypted form, so that we can see which ads bring clients. The address cannot be restored from that record. Information about your business (turnover, costs, access credentials, exports) is not passed anywhere under any circumstances.
For audit clients, the mutual non-disclosure obligations are set out in the “Mutual confidentiality” section of the Terms of service: belmontgrowth.co/offer.
6. Storage and protection
Data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing and is protected by technical and organisational measures against unauthorised access.
For audit clients the term is stated precisely: the audit materials and the data handed over for the work are kept for twelve months after delivery, as described in the “Mutual confidentiality” section of the Terms of service. At your written request we delete them earlier, except for what we are required by law to keep.
7. Your rights
You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and withdraw consent. To do so, write to office@belmontgrowth.co.
8. Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies needed for it to work, and, with your consent, analytics and advertising tags (Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel).
Consent is asked by a banner on your first visit, and until you decide, analytics and advertising cookies are not loaded. Your decision is stored together with its date and the version of the consent text.
You can withdraw or change your decision at any time with the “Cookie settings” button in the site footer. Cookies can also be restricted in your browser settings.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is published on this page. Effective date: 23.08.2026.
