An independent business audit that pinpoints the problem and shows you exactly what needs to be fixed. If you don't need an audit, we'll tell you upfront.
The review will arrive by email and in your chosen messenger.
What your review will include
What is most likely holding back growth
A clear overview based on your answers and a review of the website, highlighting what stands out first and where potential issues are already visible.
05 Typical situations
What most often holds back the growth of online businesses
The same problems come up in audits again and again. Some of them may be in your business too.
Part of the product range drives revenue but erodes profit
Sales of individual products may look good until purchasing, discounts, logistics, commissions and returns are taken into account. As a result, turnover increases, but the real contribution to profit remains minimal or negative.
The ad channel is assessed without full unit economics
The number of orders and advertising revenue do not yet show the return on investment. After taking into account margins, acquisition costs, returns and repeat purchases, the channel's results may look completely different.
The customer base is growing but remains underused
The business keeps paying to acquire new customers while its existing customer base remains unsegmented, underused and disconnected from repeat-purchase activity.
The price does not take into account increased costs
Purchasing, logistics and fees keep rising while prices stay the same. Revenue may hold steady, but profit per order gradually shrinks.
Losses between cart and checkout are not measured
The buyer has already selected the product, but has not completed the order. Without tracking checkout stages, it is impossible to understand how many sales are lost due to delivery, payment, interface or lack of trust.

What you get after a deep audit
01
A full picture of the business
Not a set of numbers, but an understanding of which processes affect profit and where the main growth constraint lies.
02
What really holds back growth
Specific problems confirmed by data, not assumptions or generic advice.
03
A prioritized action plan
What to fix first, what can wait, and what is not worth changing at all.
06 · Independent assessment
Recommendations based on data
01
An objective view
We are not tied to any particular advertising channel and have no interest in growing your budget. That is why we judge every tool solely by how useful it is for the business.
02
Decisions based on data
We analyse metrics, processes and the customer journey to find the real causes of the problems. You get conclusions backed by numbers, not by subjective assumptions.
03
Only the work that is really needed
Not every business needs an in-depth audit. If the existing data and a targeted check are enough to decide, we will say so honestly and will not offer services you do not need.
07 · Who it is for
When an audit will be useful
This review is designed for established e-commerce businesses and other online projects with sales and data, but no clear view of what is limiting growth or profit.
01
You have your own online platform
You sell products through your own website and can see the customer journey and order economics.
02
There are sales, but growth has stopped
The business is operating, but revenue or profit has stalled and the current metrics do not show what is holding back growth.
03
You are ready to work with data
You can provide accessible numbers and are ready to change processes if the audit shows that they are limiting the result.
If you sell only through marketplaces, the scope of the review will be limited. Marketplaces rarely provide enough customer and repeat-purchase data for a complete analysis.
No hidden terms or mandatory calls. Just clear answers before you begin.
Yes. You get an initial analysis with no payment and no obligation to order anything further.
A brief analysis of your situation, the key conclusions and a recommendation on whether your business needs an in-depth audit.
Give the data you do have. If some figures are missing, just say so - it will not prevent the initial review.
If marketing does not bring the expected result, the cost of acquiring customers is rising, sales are unstable, or you do not understand where money and customers are lost. The audit helps find the causes and decide what to change first.
We analyse the business economics, customers, assortment, prices, advertising, website, analytics and internal processes. You receive a written report with conclusions and a prioritised action plan, plus a two-hour strategy session.
You fill in a brief about the business, finances, customers, assortment, advertising, website and goals. We also need exports of orders, costs, products and stock levels for the period available, and view access to GA4, the ad accounts and the store analytics. If you use a CRM and an email service, access to those as well.
The cost depends on the size of the business and the depth of the analysis. We agree it with you before the invoice is issued. The audit takes up to 10 business days after we receive the completed brief and all the required data.
You receive a detailed report with conclusions and a prioritised action plan. Then we hold a two-hour strategy session, go through the results and answer your questions.
