01 · What you get

What the audit does with your numbers

"Ads eat more and more, but profit does not grow"We calculate the payback of every channel by margin and repeat orders - it becomes clear which channel really brings money and which one burns it.
"There is revenue, but no money in the account"We break down every cost per order and show where the margin leaks away.
"Am I earning or working for nothing"We add up all the costs of a single order and show the real profit on it - usually lower than it seems.
"Which products drag us down"We find the items you sell at a loss, even if they are top sellers by revenue.
"Does the contractor or agency pay for itself"We check the advertising against your numbers, not against the contractor's pretty reports.
"Will operations survive growth"We look for what breaks first if the number of orders doubles.
"Where do I even start"Out of all the findings we single out one main constraint and give a plan: what to do now, what later and what not to touch.

02 · Your involvement

Let us become a team

We do our part, you do yours: the audit is built on the data of your business.

The first step is the brief: 13 sections, 60–90 minutes. While you fill it in yourself, you will spot some of the problems even before our analysis.

No exact figure - just write "I do not know". There is no need to invent one, "I do not know" is an answer too.

The term of up to 10 business days is counted from the moment we have the completed brief and the full data package.

Data we need

  • Orders for the whole period the shop has been running
  • Products and cost of goods
  • Fixed costs: rent, salaries, services
  • Advertising spend by channel
  • Stock levels in the warehouse
  • View access to GA4 and the ad accounts
  • Access to the project analytics or exports
  • CRM, mailings and contractor reports - if any
  • Price list and discount policy

03 · How the work goes

Order of work

01

Conversation and brief

We discuss the task in the channel you prefer. Your specialist sends a personal brief (13 sections) as a link and a code by email, together with the list of required data. Some figures may also be clarified as the work goes on.

02

Payment and full package

You fill in the brief, send the exports and access, and pay the invoice. From this moment the term of up to 10 business days begins, depending on project complexity.

03

Analysis

Belmont analyses the data and, if needed, asks follow-up questions in the contact channel you chose (messenger or email).

04

Report and plan

A written report based on the analysis: findings and a priority action plan.

05

Two-hour call

As soon as the audit is ready, we get on a call: a review of the report with the owner and key participants.

06

Implementation - optional

On request - a separate Belmont proposal for delivery.

04 · Checkout

Request the deep audit

The cost depends on the scope of work: the size of your catalogue, the number of advertising channels and how deep the review goes. Your specialist agrees the final amount with you when the invoice is issued.

The button activates after both boxes are ticked. We will contact you in your messenger, answer your questions, agree the cost and send an invoice.
