Public Offer
This offer sets out the terms of Belmont Growth services. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
1. Parties
The provider is Belmont Growth. The client is the person who submitted a request or order on the site.
2. Subject
Free express review: a preliminary analysis based on the completed form, at no charge.
Paid in-depth audit: a detailed analysis of the business using the client’s data, with a final report and action plan.
3. Order of delivery
The in-depth audit brief is sent by a specialist after a conversation with the client: a link and a code in an email. The client fills in the brief and provides the data listed in its appendix. The audit term of up to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the project, starts after payment and after the completed brief with the full data package is received.
4. Price and payment
The audit price depends on the amount of data and the complexity of the project. The price, the payment method and the currency are agreed with your specialist before the work starts, and the specialist issues the invoice. The work starts after a confirmed payment.
5. Guarantees
The full scope of analytical work described in the report is guaranteed. A commercial result (growth in revenue or profit) is not guaranteed.
6. Cancellation and refund
The services are provided to entrepreneurs and legal entities for the purposes of their business. The consumer right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days does not apply to such contracts.
Before the work starts the order can be cancelled: you agree the cancellation and refund terms with your specialist.
Once the work has started, the payment is not refunded: the audit is prepared individually from your data and cannot be handed to anyone else. The work counts as started when the specialist has begun analysing the received data package and has told you so.
If you believe the work was not delivered in full or breaches these terms, send a complaint to office@belmontgrowth.co. We will review it and reply in writing within 14 calendar days.
7. Liability
The parties are liable in accordance with applicable law. The provider is not responsible for decisions the client makes based on the report.
8. Mutual confidentiality
The audit is built on your internal data, so the confidentiality obligation applies from the moment you hand us the first file or access, and needs no separate document. By accepting these terms, both you and we take on the obligations below.
What counts as confidential. Everything you pass to us for the audit: order exports, cost prices, expenses, stock, price list and discount policy, access to analytics, ad accounts and the shop back office, as well as information about suppliers, customers and internal processes. On the Belmont Growth side, the audit text, the calculations and the method we hand over to you are confidential.
What we undertake to do. Use the data we receive only to prepare your audit. Not pass it to third parties for their own purposes. Not publish figures, screenshots or extracts from your data, including in work samples, without your written consent. Limit access to the data to the people working directly on your project.
Processors. We use third-party services for our work: hosting, an email service, data analysis services. They act strictly on our instructions, are bound by contract and may not use your data for their own purposes. A list of processors is available on request at office@belmontgrowth.co.
What is not a breach. Information that was already public, became known to us from open sources, or was received by us from third parties lawfully and without a confidentiality obligation.
How long this lasts. The obligation applies for the whole time of the work and for three years after it ends. For information that qualifies as a trade secret by law, the term lasts as long as it keeps that status.
What happens to the data afterwards. We keep the audit materials for twelve months: this term lets us come back to your questions and confirm the calculations. At your written request we delete them earlier, except for what we are required by law to keep. Please revoke access to your systems as soon as the work is delivered.
Your side. The audit text is intended for your company. You may show it to your employees and contractors who need it for their work, but not publish it in full or pass it to competitors of Belmont Growth.
