Data Processing
This document describes how the data the client provides for the audit is processed.
1. Roles of the parties
For the audit, Belmont Growth acts as a processor of personal data on the client’s instructions. The client remains the controller of their data.
2. Scope of data
We process the data the client provides for the audit: order exports, metrics, view access and other brief information. The client is advised to share data in anonymised form where possible.
3. Purposes and term
Data is used solely to prepare the audit and related communication. The storage term is twelve months after the work is delivered, the same as in the “Mutual confidentiality” section of the Terms of service. At the client’s written request we delete it earlier, except for what we are required by law to keep.
4. Confidentiality and protection
We do not pass the client’s data to third parties for their own purposes. To carry out our work we engage processors (hosting, an email service, data analysis services) that act strictly on our instructions and are bound by contract. Data is protected by technical and organisational measures, and one client’s data is not disclosed to another.
5. Client rights
The client can request information about processing, correction or deletion of data after the work is completed. Requests - to office@belmontgrowth.co.
6. Basis of transfer
The basis and procedure for data transfer are set in the contract or the offer.
7. Document version
The current version is published on this page. Effective date: 23.08.2026.
